Jaya Hind Indus specializes in offering complete solutions to automakers for aluminum castings for global OEMs. Jyoti has provided a cluster of Horizontal Machining Centers (HSX 650) for critical application of Cylinder Blocks. The solution provided was of almost half of the cost compared to the existing foreign player. The cluster was designed in such a way that the failure of one station will not stop the production line. The complete fixture design made the solution versatile and yet cost effective.

Another case refers to Saurer Textile Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Vadodara where the key factor was productivity and human skill dependency. One of the textile spindle component required equiangular drill which was carried manually with skilled worker. Productivity was key issue and resolving human skill dependency was a great challenge. Jyoti offered solution included Vertical Machining Center (PX 30) with auto-indexing fixture. The solution was so effective and productive as it completes one-month production in just two days.
