Ultrasonic cleaning, in simple terms, is a common technique for high-quality cleaning, that produces ultrasonic waves in fluid and creates microscopic implosions to remove the contamination. Typically, this method is used when the contamination has tightly adhered to solid surfaces of the parts, blinds holes, etc. Ultrasonic sound waves are transmitted in the fluid with a frequency of greater than 25 kHz to create the ultrasonic effect. IMTEX Forming 2022
After almost 2 years, we were at IMTEX forming at BIEC, Bangalore, India from 16th to 21st June 2022. Ecoclean India participated in this exhibition with an aim to interact face to face with potential customers, extend its business network, present state-of-the-art cleaning technologies, create new opportunities, and improve Ecoclean brand awareness.
With a strategic intent to engage the visitors, we designed a booth that showcased our parts cleaning solutions to a wide range of industries with a live demo of our aqueous-based cleaning machine. We displayed made in India, “EcoCmini – compact aqueous-based cleaning machine”, at our booth. The EcoCmini cleaning system is an economical, highly efficient system with a modular design that can be used for a very wide range of Industrial parts cleaning jobs. Based on the features installed the EcoCmini is suitable for not only removing oil and emulsion from mass-produced parts but also for the fine cleaning of assembly parts.
Even after the pandemic, the event was extremely successful, and we were able to connect with potential clients, present our solutions, give a live demonstration of our cleaning machine, and generate some leads.

SBS Ecoclean Group and VC 999 collaborate on cleaning and packaging

The SBS Ecoclean Group and VC999 Medical have concluded a worldwide sales and service cooperation with the aim of minimizing both the time and financial effort involved in certifying and validating the cleaning and sterile packaging of medical technology products. Ecoclean supplements its turnkey range for medical technology with the MDR and GMP-compliant packaging systems of VC999 Medical, which, depending on the application, already contain pre-validated packaging materials (PAPE, Tyvek, and paper/foil).
