INDUSTRY SAMURAI AWARDS: WHAT MAKES IT UNIQUE
This is the fourth year of the Samurai Awards. Instituted in 2020 and born out of the need to recognize the grit and resolve of India’s manufacturing and supply chain professionals and companies, the award continues to gain support and trust in the industry. This is due to the following reasons:
1. This is an industry award adjudicated by eminent scholars from some of the country’s top educational institutes. It means that all participating companies get the opportunity to have their case studies and presentations evaluated by the country’s top sector experts.
2. The awards adjudication process is based on the participating companies’ KPI improvements and evidence-based case study assessment.
3. A key objective of the award is to facilitate and encourage industry-academia collaboration
4. Award applicants are neither expected nor allowed to sponsor the awards or related events.
5. Every effort is taken to ensure that the awards are decided on the basis of performance and potential through a process that is rigorous, fair, and completely devoid of any influence or bias.
